REQUIREMENTS:
Must have 18 months OTR experience in the last 5 years
No more than 4 moving violations in last 3 years and 1 major
No drug convictions
No DUI/DWI in last 5 year and only 1 ever NONE IN A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE
